A patient-facing mobile app serving as the hospital's digital-service platform, integrating appointment booking, queue status, mobile payment, e-prescriptions, document requests and inpatient services — giving the public access to care information and services anytime, anywhere.

Smart Dialysis Care Platform
The platform is patient-centred, connecting the information needed at every stage of dialysis treatment. It integrates dialysis scheduling, physician orders, nursing records, vascular access, patient status changes, lab and exam reports, assessment scales and hospital-system data onto a single platform, keeping a complete, traceable record throughout care, and introduces AI-assisted prediction to help the clinical team make more timely, evidence-based decisions during treatment.

FHIR Data Platform
A next-generation healthcare data platform built on the HL7® FHIR® (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) international standard. Through a standardized data model and microservices architecture, it connects and integrates heterogeneous in-hospital systems downstream (HIS, LIS, PACS, NIS, EMR and wearable devices), cleansing, transforming and mapping multi-source, proprietary-format data into standardized FHIR Resources (Patient, Observation, Condition, Encounter, etc.); upstream, it provides a unified, secure RESTful API, a SMART on FHIR authorization framework and event-driven services, acting as the hospital's data hub and fully supporting clinical decision-making, AI deployment and cross-institution interoperability.
