System Overview
A next-generation healthcare data platform built on the HL7® FHIR® (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) international standard. Through a standardized data model and microservices architecture, it connects and integrates heterogeneous in-hospital systems downstream (HIS, LIS, PACS, NIS, EMR and wearable devices), cleansing, transforming and mapping multi-source, proprietary-format data into standardized FHIR Resources (Patient, Observation, Condition, Encounter, etc.); upstream, it provides a unified, secure RESTful API, a SMART on FHIR authorization framework and event-driven services, acting as the hospital's data hub and fully supporting clinical decision-making, AI deployment and cross-institution interoperability.
Objectives
Eliminates data silos — breaking down legacy closed-system architecture and consolidating scattered, cross-department, longitudinal data into a single source of truth for the whole hospital.,Achieves international interoperability — fully compliant with HL7 FHIR (and Taiwan's TW Core IG), meeting next-generation health-data exchange policy and cross-hospital integration needs.,Powers AI and clinical decision support (CDS) — providing a structured, semantically consistent real-time clinical data stream that plugs seamlessly into CQL rule engines and AI prediction models.,Lowers the barrier to integration and development — standard APIs and a sandbox decouple front-end apps and innovative applications from the core HIS.
